Fairview is close to beautiful Crabtree Falls, over 15 nearby Wineries in Virginia, Virginia’s Wine and Brew Trail, several national forests, hiking trails, great biking trails, wonderful horseback riding in the mountains, and the nearby Tiny River has several fishing and swimming holes from which to choose.

Historic Charlottesville and Lynchburg are less than a 1-hour drive with proximity to 4 major colleges: University of Virginia, Randolph Macon, Liberty University and Washington-Lee.
